In many cases, using a large shroud can be cost prohibitive. In these cases we offer custom PoU shroud solutions that thermally couples to the thermal table, allowing the PoU shroud to reach the same operating temperature as the table. It can also be fitted with additional heaters/cooling circuits should it be required. An proprietary coating solution allows for excellent vacuum performance while offering a low thermal emissivity, ensuring optimum thermal performance. The PoU shrouds can also be equipped with feedthroughs, as well as radiation shields and additional thermal insulation.
