Vessel inspections

We are capable of performing detailed inspection of medium (>2 m3) to large vacuum (and atmospheric) vessels. We offer drone analysis (airborne inspection within the chamber body) as well as thermal analysis capabilities. This can be combined with a He-leaktest (contra flow as well as sniffing) as well. This is a unique service to analyze and inspect larger thermal vacuum systems as well as e-beam welding installations and central vacuum plants.

 

For drone analysis we use DJI Phantom and/or DJI Mavic drones equipped with IR cameras as well as the standard 4K camera. This allows for detailed visual inspection of hard to reach parts of the vessel and overall installation. The drone used depends on the size of the vessel, and the type of task required. All drone operators are trained and insured to perform the necessary flight tasks.
