Compact designed LN2 supply solution to allow a coldplate placement within the µTVAC standard platform (chamber ID = ~370mm). The assembly consists of two thermal control valves (LN2 compatible), a welded cold plate assembly (SS 304) with integrated temperature monitoring (interfacing to the onboard software).
Optional heating (regenerating the cold plate in-situ) is quoted as an option.
